Returns and refunds policy

We at AgorAmli strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every order. However, if you wish to return a product purchased from our website AgorAmli, the following policies apply:


Return Requests

If you have received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you can raise a return request within 5 days of delivery by contacting our customer service at contact@agoramli.com or Phone at 01617681938. Please include order details like number, date, product name, and issues faced to help us process the request.


Return Pickup and Shipping

After reviewing the request and validity of issues faced, we shall arrange pickup of the product from your delivery location within 2-3 business days. You will not be charged for the pickup or return shipment to our warehouse.


Refunds

Once received and quality checked at our end, the refund shall be initiated within 4-6 business days if the return qualifies under our policies. Refund shall be credited to your original mode of payment.


Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you can also opt for a replacement of the same product or an alternate selection of your choice. This shall be shipped in next 7 business days after return pickup without any additional delivery charges.

Return Denial

In case there are no defects and the product received is exactly as described, or issues faced are due to consumer damage, we retain the right to deny acceptance of returned products. Refunds are also not applicable for:

  • Returns past stipulated timelines
  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery
  • Any used or consumed products


Sale Items

Special promotional or clearance sale items are marked final sale and hence not eligible for refund or replacement. We request you kindly verify before placing such orders.
