Delivery Timelines
We aim to ship all ordered items within 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Public holidays may cause slight delays. We will keep you informed of estimated delivery date by email.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, we deliver to all major cities and towns across Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet etc. Specific non-serviceable areas will be highlighted at the checkout page.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are as below:
- Sylhet: 60 BDT
- Within 100kms of Sylhet: 80 BDT
- Rest of Bangladesh: 120 BDT
Rates may be revised occasionally. Applicable shipping rates can be seen during checkout flow.
Shipping Provider
We have tied up with reputed logistics companies like Sundarban/SA Paribahan for delivering items. Tracking ID is shared through email/SMS once shipment is dispatched which can be used to track real-time status.
Undeliverable Orders
In select cases due to address inaccuracies or restrictions, we may not be able to deliver an order. Liability in these scenarios is limited to refund of item amount only. Re-delivery charges if applicable will need to be borne by customer.
Damages During Transit
We take utmost care to securely pack and ship products to avoid any damage. However, in case any item is received damaged or broken, please report with images within 24 hours of delivery. Based on severity, we shall arrange returns/replacements or provide partial discounts considering facts on a case basis.
